Less than 1% of airtime dealers accredited as GCASH agents because of training requirement. Bank account transactions are not generally available except for clients of certain rural banks.

Cash In services are offered via Bancnet ATMs.

Globe 18K outlets nationwide and 1.2M registered subscribers. In Jan 2010 BSP approved Globe Telecom Sub-Distributors as GCASH outlets. GCASH have used pawnshops, rural banks, and Globe Business Centres as cash in/out agents, but haven’t made an aggressive push to use any tier of their airtime distribution network.

Globe Gcash subscribers who do not have cards can go to one of several registered/partner banks. They have a partnership with RBAP which has around 18,000 locations. This virtual ATM network is claimed to be more than twice the size of the 8,000 ATM’s in the country.

Retail partners include VideoCity, SM Department Stores, Jollibee (fast food chain). In 2009 they claimed to have more than 4000 partners. This included 55 accredited Rural Banks, 830 banking units. Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines (RBAP), Guagua Rural Bank (GR Bank) and 1st Valley Bank .
